Alikhan Consultants partnered with LuckyCore Industries to undertake a comprehensive three-month initiative aimed at driving operational excellence and uncovering opportunities for improvement across their Masterbatch and Chemical Textiles business units. The project focused on mapping the organization’s zero-loss journey by conducting an in-depth analysis of various functional areas, including processes, organizational structures, and performance metrics. Through meticulous research, interviews, and data gathering, our team developed actionable insights to support a more efficient and cost-effective future.

Challenge Overview
LuckyCore Industries sought to identify and address inefficiencies across its operations to enhance productivity and reduce losses. However, they faced significant challenges in mapping and quantifying these inefficiencies across departments. The complexity of processes such as order processing, sales cycles, and organizational workflows demanded a structured approach to uncover loss areas and recommend actionable solutions. To meet this challenge, Alikhan Consultants deployed a rigorous methodology involving data-driven interviews, value stream mapping, functional cycle analysis, organizational reviews, and the development of a detailed cost dictionary and performance scorecards.
Result
The project successfully identified 152 distinct loss areas and provided LuckyCore Industries with a roadmap of 70+ actionable initiatives to address these inefficiencies. The three-month analysis delivered a comprehensive view of organizational processes and performance, supported by detailed documentation of functional charts, cost dictionaries, and a 15-month performance scorecard. The recommendations not only empowered LuckyCore Industries to take targeted steps toward reducing losses but also provided a sustainable framework for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
