In an effort to enhance decision-making and streamline information flow, we partnered with HUBCO to develop a mobile-based dashboard using Microsoft Power Apps. This solution was designed to bridge the gap between power plants and the head office, enabling senior management to access critical data on demand. By automating information flow, the dashboard empowered HUBCO’s leadership to make educated decisions quickly and efficiently without operational bottlenecks.


Challenge Overview
HUBCO relied on WhatsApp to share updates from its power plants, a method that was informal, inconsistent, and prone to errors. This approach caused delays in accessing critical operational data and hindered the ability to analyze historical trends effectively. The lack of a centralized and automated platform limited senior management’s capacity to make data-driven decisions quickly and accurately.
