Challenge Overview
Dubai Integrated Economic Zone (DIEZ), a newly established authority in Dubai, required comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to streamline its facility management operations and support its overall governance framework. The challenge was to design SOPs that were not only aligned with global best practices but also tailored to meet the unique requirements of a newly formed organization. Additionally, conducting a thorough technical evaluation of the policies and procedures was critical to ensure their feasibility, compliance, and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.
